Husband & wife team, Fiona Metcalfe & Manuel Martinez Infante.

Hidden Fruits is our second food business. Our first business, Cuisine Box, was featured in BBC Good Food Guide & Delicious Magazine.

Manuel is a trained chef and learnt the art of making chocolates at culinary school. For many years he delighted Fiona with homemade chocolates and served them to friends & family at parties and for gifts. We now make the chocolates together and promise you a unique experience that will keep you coming back for more.
